## NTA Reschedules IIT JEE Main Exam Dates to Avoid Clash with CBSE Class 12 Exams

Hey guys, did you hear about the recent buzz where the National Testing Agency (NTA) rescheduled the IIT-JEE Main session 2 dates to avoid a clash with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 12 examination dates? It seems like the students’ prayers have been answered with this update!

I was reading up on the situation, and it turns out that the clash between the IIT-JEE Main session 2 dates and the CBSE Class 12 exams had the students and parents quite worried. The CBSE Class 12 exams were originally scheduled to begin on February 15, while the second session of JEE Main 2024 was slated to take place between April 1 to April 15.

## The Revised Schedule

The good news is that the NTA went ahead and made the smart move to accommodate the students. The second session of JEE Main will now be conducted after April 3, as confirmed by Director General of NTA, Subodh Singh. This decision comes after CBSE reached out to NTA requesting the rescheduling to ease the burden on students.

## CBSE’s Revised Dates

Adding to the mix, the CBSE also released a revised date sheet with some changes in the schedule. A few subjects of both Class 10 and 12 have seen alterations in their exam dates. For instance, the Class 12 Fashion Studies exam, initially scheduled for March 11, has been postponed to March 21. Similarly, the Class 10 Tibetan exam has been rescheduled from March 4 to February 23, and the Class 10 Retail exam has been shifted from February 16 to February 28. These changes are aimed at helping students prepare better without unnecessary stress due to overlapping exams.

So, it’s great to see the authorities being considerate and making necessary adjustments to ease the burden on students. The last thing we want is unnecessary stress and anxiety for students heading into their important exams.

## Stay Updated

For those of you who are directly impacted by these changes, I would suggest keeping an eye on the NTA and CBSE official websites for any further updates regarding the new exam dates. Also, it’s always good to stay in the loop with news outlets for the latest developments related to the exams.

I hope this rescheduling brings some relief to the aspirants, and they can now focus on their preparations with a little less pressure on their shoulders. Let’s hope for smooth and successful examinations for everyone involved.

Stay tuned for more updates, and I wish you all the best with your preparations!
