Dhumanganj police says that it has not detained the minor sons of Atiq Ahmed. On the other hand, Shaista Parveen has approached the High Court along with the CJM in this matter. One nominated son absconding, two missing?

Atiq Ahmed and his family are on the target of UP Police and STF in the Umesh Pal murder case. Asad, the third son of Atiq Ahmed, has also been named in the FIR. Asad is absconding since the incident and continuous raids are being conducted in search of him. There itself Shaista Parveen Has filed an application in the CJM court to pick up his two minor sons, on which the Dhumanganj police has denied it. Expressing displeasure on this, the court has directed to give a clear report.

In such a situation, the question is arising that if the police did not take the minor sons of Atiq into custody. If they were not picked up from home due to the location of the attackers and other reasons, where have these two been since then? Atiq Ahmed’s entire family and henchmen are on the target of the police. While Asad’s name has been included in the FIR, he is absconding since the day of the incident and is continuously dodging the police.

Atiq Ahmed has already expressed his apprehension about his encounter in the petition filed in the Supreme Court on being brought to UP for remand. If the police did not pick up his two minor sons, then is a conspiracy being hatched about them, so that both of them could be saved from the clutches of the law. Is this not part of the conspiracy of the Atiq Ahmed family to put pressure on the police, or is the police secretly keeping both the minor sons in custody and putting pressure on Atiq’s absconding son and other operatives to come forward.
