Given this forecast of rains and in case of floods, it is recommended that citizens avoid trying to cross flooded areas; leave the vehicles if they get stuck, the water prevents them from opening the doors or exceeds the axles of the wheels; prioritize highways and avoid rivers, streams and low areas in case of having to inevitably use the car; keep the gutters and drains of the house clean, and, if it floods, leave the ground floors and cut off the electricity.
