When the mixture is completely ready, grease your hands with oil and take a little mixture in your hands and make balls of your desired size. Now put oil in a pan on the gas and fry it on medium flame.

When they come up on their own in the big oil, then fry them till they become golden. After this, when you feel like eating vadas, soak vadas in water five minutes before. Simultaneously, while churning the curd, add rock salt and sugar to it and mix. Enjoy the taste by adding curd, tamarind chutney, roasted cumin, red chili powder, rock salt and chopped coriander to the elders.
